Originally founded as a rope-making company over 150 years ago, baumhueter extrusion GmbH now manufactures technical fibres and strapping at its production facility in Rheda-Wiedenbrück.

PB STRAPPING® made from polypropylene is primarily used in packaging applications and to secure goods in transit.

Our fibre products PB EUROFIBER® are predominantly used in technical applications such as automotiv component manufacturing, filtration media and functional additives in cement-based construction materials, etc.

For over 60 years, we have produced strapping and technical fibres under the product names PB STRAPPING® and PB EUROFIBER®.
