Strapping straps have the function of fixing goods on pallets or other means of transport in order to ensure safe transport. However, the straps also fulfil other tasks. For example, they can secure smaller product components that are not in any outer packaging during transport. Cardboard boxes can also be attached to pallets with strapping straps. The sturdy plastic straps enable the safe transport of heavier objects such as machine parts.
Strapping straps made of plastic are very versatile. They are attached to the goods and pallet by means of strapping tools and thus provide the necessary stability during transport. The straps can be attached both horizontally and vertically to the goods and are securely connected using the tools. The straps can be opened with a simple knife. There is no high risk of injury when opening steel straps when using plastic straps.
The tapes are made of resistant polypropylene, which makes them extremely tear-resistant. The standard tapes are available in black or white. The tensile strength of the materials lies between 505 and 3450 N, depending on the width and thickness of the tapes. In addition to the standard plastic straps, individually printable straps are also available in up to three colours. We offer you a variety of fastening options which can be used in the newspaper industry as well as in mail order, in the pharmaceutical industry, in the building materials industry or in the paper industry, to name just a few examples. The belts are characterised by their high strength and sliding rigidity as well as by minimal abrasion and good weldability.
